Zenitel is currently seeking a skilled Project Engineer to join our Maritime & Energy business in Oslo.
About the Role
As a Project Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, implementation and support of radio systems and other professional critical communication systems for the maritime and energy sectors. You will become part of a highly skilled technical environment delivering mission‑critical communication solutions to demanding.
Key Responsibilities
Design and configure UHF, TETRA, and DMR radio systems for critical communication Participate in project execution from the quotation stage through to project completion Provide technical support to customers, partners, and internal teams Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and technical documentation Collaborate closely with Sales, Project Management, and Product Development Participate in installation and commissioning activities, both onshore and offshore
Qualifications
Minimum bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Automation, or a related field Experience with radio systems or critical communication solutions is an advantage Good understanding of networks and IP‑based solutions Experience with system integration and technical problem‑solving Good written and verbal communication skills in both Norwegian and English
