The Norfund Conference

The Norfund Conference is arranged once a year. The conference is an important opportunity to show our stakeholders what Norfund does and how we contribute to development and the fulfillment of our mandate.

The Norfund Week

Every fall we arrange the Norfund week, our annual strategy meeting for all Norfund employees. This week of training, collaboration, hard work and fun is a highlight for all of us and an important arena to retain and develop the Norfund culture. The week is also a great introduction and opportunity for new employees.

The Internship Program

Norfund offers an off-cycle internship program for undergraduate and graduate students. As an intern you will have the opportunity to work as part of a team, learning about areas such as investments, portfolio analysis or stakeholder dialogue. Internships normally start in August, with call for applications published in January.
